Day 01

You will be greeted warmly when you arrive in Negombo and will be taken to Villa Hundira, a magnificent hideaway surrounded by lush vegetation. Spend some time relaxing and taking in the peace and quiet of this peaceful sanctuary.

Day 02

Your first stop after your drive to Digana will be the serene Kandy Holy Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka's holiest sites. You can have a very peaceful and spiritual experience here. You will then be cordially received at Digana’s Rukgala Retreat, where you can spend the night in the magnificent natural setting. Seize this opportunity to escape the city's hustle and bustle and take in nature's unspoiled beauty.

Day 03

Yoga classes every morning and evening are a fantastic way to begin the day. Enjoy a guided tour of the Bambaragala Meditation Caves, where you can explore the caverns and attempt rock climbing. The tranquil atmosphere of nature will envelope you during your stay at Rukgala Retreat in Digana.

Day 04

Savour a yoga class in the morning and go paddle boarding on the lake. Relax while receiving a full-body massage from a qualified massage therapist. To wrap up the day, attend a yoga class in the evening. At the Retreat in Rukgala, spend the night.

Day 05

Say goodbye to Digana and head for Galle, a historic town. The ideal location for rest and rejuvenation after a ride to the charming boutique hotel Niyagama House, which is nestled in verdant surroundings. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while taking in the area's beauty.

Day 06

The next morning, begin your yoga class at Niyagama House for a healing workout. Take part in guided meditation and relaxation techniques. You can unwind by meditating for five productive minutes. Travel as quickly as you can to Galle if you want to attend calming and stimulating yoga classes in the evening.
